Legal
Terms of Use
These terms cover LatidoFlow websites, application, APIs, billing, monitoring evidence, and related services.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Acceptance
By using LatidoFlow websites, application, APIs, billing, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you use LatidoFlow for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Service
LatidoFlow is proof that scheduled or async work completed on time, or produced the right incident. Heartbeats prove recurring work checked in. Uptime checks prove an endpoint returned the expected response. Keep those contracts separate. LatidoFlow does not move money, run customer jobs, replace Horizon or APM, guarantee inbox delivery, or give legal advice. A green state means the configured contract passed.
3. Accounts
Keep account information accurate. You are responsible for credentials, tokens, members, and activity in your workspace. Owners and admins invite members by email. Invitation links expire and must be accepted from the invited address.
4. Permitted use
Do not use the service unlawfully. Do not put secrets or unnecessary personal data in heartbeats, logs, or status-page copy. Do not point uptime checks at private, local, credential-bearing, or metadata-service targets. Do not bypass limits, security, or billing. Do not distribute malware or scrape beyond what the law allows. Do not resell the service without permission.
5. Billing
Free: 5 monitors, 7-day retention, no card. Starter: $10/month per workspace, 50 monitors, 30-day retention. Pro: $29/month per workspace, 200 monitors, 90-day retention. Custom: managed capacity, 365-day retention, managed agreement, not self-serve. Paid checkout is owner-only through Paddle; cancel at the end of the paid period, or resume before then. Access changes after subscription verification through Paddle API. Team members and existing alert channels have no separate charge; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Contact support to change between paid plans. Monitor creation stops at the plan limit; existing monitors continue and there are no automatic usage charges or plan upgrades. No trial, annual invoice, or support hours.
6. Refund policy
Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved. We may consider a billing error, a duplicate charge, or an unresolved technical issue that prevented use of the paid service. Request a review at [email protected] within 7 days with account email, workspace name, charge date, and reason.
7. Customer data
You own monitor definitions, evidence, and status-page copy. You grant LatidoFlow a limited license to host, process, and secure that data as needed to provide the service.
8. Third parties
Paddle, Google sign-in, marketing Google Analytics, Healthchecks.io import files the customer uploads, and customer-configured notification channels. Their terms apply. Provider acceptance is not human receipt of a notification.
9. API
Protect tokens. Use documented scopes. Ingestion, management REST, and hosted MCP use separate credentials. We may rotate, suspend, revoke, or throttle access.
10. Intellectual property
LatidoFlow IP remains LatidoFlow. We may use feedback without disclosing confidential customer data.
11. Availability
No uptime SLA, service credit, or guaranteed notification delivery.
12. Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is and as-available, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Liability
No indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability cap: the amount that customer paid for LatidoFlow in the 12 months before the event.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or security or legal risk. Emergency revoke of an ingestion token is immediate. Cancel Starter or Pro via workspace billing. Data after termination follows the Privacy Policy.
15. EU consumer withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days by emailing [email protected] before expiry. If the service started during that period, the right may be reduced or extinguished as permitted by law.
16. Governing law
Spain and applicable EU rules. Courts in Spain, except where a mandatory consumer forum applies. Try [email protected] first. The EU ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
17. Changes
Material changes are posted with a new last-updated date. Continued use is acceptance.
